Terms of Service
Last updated June 5, 2026
These Terms govern your use of Gymunite, including the member app, gym dashboard, booking tools, payment features, emails, and related services.
By creating an account or using Gymunite, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use Gymunite.
Members
Members can search for classes, reserve spots, manage credits or plans, and maintain payment methods. You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and for attending or canceling reservations under the rules shown in the app.
Payments, credits, plans, refunds, and card handling are processed through Stripe and Gymunite systems. A booking is not guaranteed until the app confirms it. Gyms may set capacity, schedules, class details, and attendance requirements.
Gyms And Admins
Gyms and administrators can manage business profiles, classes, schedules, attendance, Stripe Connect onboarding, and payout information. You are responsible for the accuracy of class details, safety requirements, staff information, availability, and any customer-facing content you provide.
You authorize Gymunite and its payment providers to process platform fees, member payments, refunds, adjustments, and payouts related to your use of the service. Stripe Connect terms may also apply when you connect a payout account.
Accounts And Email
You must provide a valid email address and protect your password. Gymunite may require email verification before allowing sensitive actions such as booking, paying, connecting Stripe, or operating a gym dashboard.
Acceptable Use
Do not misuse Gymunite, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with service operation, upload harmful content, misrepresent classes or businesses, or use the platform for unlawful activity.
Service Changes
Gymunite may update features, pricing, availability, policies, and these Terms. Continued use after updates means you accept the updated Terms.
Disclaimers And Liability
Gymunite is provided as available. Fitness activities involve risk, and members should choose activities appropriate for their health and ability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gymunite is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
