This Privacy Policy explains how Gymunite collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use the member app, gym dashboard, booking tools, payment features, emails, and related services.
By creating an account or using Gymunite, you agree to this Privacy Policy and our Terms of Service.
Information We Collect
We collect account details such as name, email, password hash, profile information, gym business information, class content, reservations, attendance, credits, plan status, payment metadata, support messages, and technical information such as device, browser, log, and usage data.
Payments and payout onboarding are handled with Stripe. Gymunite may store Stripe identifiers, transaction records, card brand and last digits, subscription status, payout references, and related payment metadata. Gymunite does not store full card numbers.
Members
For members, we use information to create accounts, verify email, show classes, book and cancel reservations, manage credits and plans, process payments, provide support, improve the service, and send service-related messages.
Gyms And Admins
For gyms and administrators, we use information to create and manage business accounts, publish class information, process attendance, support Stripe Connect onboarding, calculate fees or payouts, show transaction history, provide support, and send service-related messages.
Cookies And Local Storage
Gymunite uses cookies, local storage, and similar browser storage to operate, secure, improve, and measure the platform, including sessions, app state, requests, preferences, payments, analytics, error monitoring, and embedded third-party flows.
By using Gymunite, you agree to our use of all cookies and similar technologies needed for the service. Gymunite does not offer a separate cookie preference selector. If you block cookies or storage in your browser, login, booking, dashboard, payment, analytics, or security flows may not work.
Sharing
We share information with vendors and service providers that help us operate Gymunite, including hosting, database, email, payment, analytics, security, maps, and infrastructure providers. We may also share information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a business transfer.
Retention And Security
We keep information for as long as needed to provide Gymunite, comply with legal or accounting obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, but no system is perfectly secure.
Your Choices
You may request access, correction, deletion, or other handling of your information by contacting Gymunite. Some information may be retained where required for security, legal, payment, accounting, or operational reasons.
